2. Health Disclosure Responsibility

Clients are strongly encouraged to inform their massage therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, recent surgeries, pregnancy, or other health concerns prior to the start of the session. This information allows us to adjust techniques appropriately to ensure client comfort and safety.

Failure to disclose relevant health information is the sole responsibility of the client.

3. Scope of Services

Massage services provided at Zen Spa are non-medical in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Our services are not a substitute for medical care, and clients are advised to consult a licensed healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns.

4. Client Communication

We encourage open communication throughout the session. Clients may request adjustments to pressure or technique at any time and may end the session immediately if they feel uncomfortable for any reason.

Please note that English is not our first language. However, we use professional translation tools to communicate effectively with clients and ensure clear understanding during all interactions.

5. Professional Environment

Zen Spa maintains a professional environment at all times. Any inappropriate behavior, unsafe conduct, or unclear situation must be communicated immediately so it can be addressed appropriately.

6. Zero-Tolerance for Inappropriate Conduct

Zen Spa strictly prohibits any sexual comments, requests, gestures, advances, implications, or inappropriate behavior of any kind.

Any client engaging in such conduct will have their session terminated immediately without refund and may be permanently refused future service.

7. Agreement

By receiving services at Zen Spa, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the policies stated above.
